IdeaPaint – The New “Chalkboard Paint”

September 14, 2011

Have you heard about this paint yet? Apparently Lowe’s carries the IdeaPaint, which is actually dry-erase paint. For 6 square feet IdeaPaint costs $29.99 for a kit, compared to Chalkboard paint that covers approximately 25 square feet a quart for $12. If you’re going only on price, chalkboard paint might be your thing, but I think that IdeaPaint (fittly named) can get the creative juices flowing. They’re holding a contest to win 500 sq ft of IdeaPaint: Here
