New Winter Themed Screen Prints

I thought that now winter is in full swing in most parts of the country, it was a perfect time to create some winter themed work. The above is an ode to the last independent ski towns in the States where you can still ride your bike to/from the mountain. No driving necessary… Who doesn’t like picking up a 12 pack of PBR after a bluebird powder day? The second print is one that I have been meaning to make for years now…. It’s a carving of an old 1972 Tucker Sno-cat that is sitting on my in-laws property down in Crested Butte, CO. It’s an awesome machine with a ton of character. Both images originally started out as linoleum cuts.
