Sebastian Owl is a Philly-based Graphic Designer/Street Artist with the goal of getting people to think and break out of their normal routine. Whether a person stops and stares at the art or they just catch a glimpse, the job was done. He lives by the motto of “Keep Moving Forward” meaning as life & the world evolves, so does he.
