Espresso anyone?
I love coffee, no really I love it. And when it comes to espresso, well it’s espresso. I almost like the design of the machines more so then the taste, even more so the design of home use espresso machines. We have a Francis Francis and I really enjoy the simple lines and retro feel that the machine give, but the espresso that it makes, well it is like heaven on earth if used with a good bean that is. While looking around online under a search “porcelain espresso” I came across this amazing looking machine from Arvid Hausser and I wanted to share a few photos.
Arvid Hausser “The qualities of porcelain like high thermal storage, neutrality in taste and an antiseptic surface are making the material ideal for the use in food context. The machine is attached on the wall. This helps keeping work space free and relieves the operability. The single components are seperatly affixed and completely visible. This makes the process of coffee preparation comprehensible for the user.”
What an interesting idea, and an attractive machine, besides! Thanks for sharing.
