Dairy Free Cream of Broccoli Soup – EASY

Ingredients
- Head of Fresh Broccoli (or 1 bag of frozen broccoli)
- 1 16 oz. package of Silken Tofu (firm works too if you already have it)
- 1 tablespoon of Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons of smoked salt (or Liquid Smoke, not sure on amount for this)
- Pepper to taste
Cut and steam broccoli for 10-15 minutes until soft. Drain and blend broccoli and tofu together with an immersion blender until you get the desired consistency. If you would like it a little thicker, add a teaspoon of cornstarch or flour and mix.
Add salt and pepper to taste, let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
