Make Your Tuna Sandwich Exciting!
February 12, 2014
The tuna sandwich, you probably had it numerous times going to school and now it’s a go-to for your work lunch. Simple, quick and tasty. The way I learned to make a tuna sandwich was to add a tablespoon of mayo to a can of tuna and stir until even. It wasn’t until recently when I thought to make it a little more exciting! Below is the simple recipe that only adds maybe an extra 90 seconds to making this sandwich.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of Tuna (drained)
- 1 Carrot (grated)
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Mayo
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Add all of the ingredients to the tuna, mix until even. Place on bread with lettuce, tomato and onion or on top of a bed of lettuce with desired salad additions.
